I can't save any documents in Microsoft 365

Hello 

 

Please i need your help on this issue. 

 

I cant save any document in Microsoft 365. '

 

When i try to save a document in word or excel i get the error below

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038

    Please open Word for Mac then click Help > Check for updates to launch MAU, right-click the icon on the Dock > Options > Open in Finder, then delete the file.

    After that, go to /Library/Application Support/Microsoft, delete the folder Microsoft AutoUpdate.

    At last, you could download and install the latest version from this page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office-for-mac
