Creation of a custom search form for SharePoint Document Library

I am hoping for some help in establishing if it's possible to create a custom search form that will search the contents of a SharePoint Document Library, basically is it possible to recreate something resembling the image I've attached below.

We are testing the migration of documents from a 3rd party DMS we licence into SharePoint, we have migrated the documents across, however we have a visually impaired user who has used the old DMS for decades. In order to ease her into the prospect of using SharePoint, it has been suggested that we investigate if SharePoint (maybe in conjunction with other MS apps) can replicate this interface at all?

Would it be possible for somebody to point me in the right direction of what to be looking at please.Screenshot 2024-03-26 170046

For SharePoint, I suggest you use PnP search web part to create highly flexible and personalized search-based experiences in minutes.
