I am using the Authenticator app on my iPhone, and my first time using it, I go into the app to scan a QR code and it asks me to enable the camera. I go into the Settings app like I t tells me to, but I cannot seem to find where to enable the camera use. Please help me.

To enable your camera for the Microsoft Authenticator app, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your work or school account and go to your My Account portal.
    2. Select Security info in the left menu or use the link in the Security info pane.
    3. If you've already registered, you'll be prompted for two-factor verification.
    4. Then, select Add method in the Security info pane.
    5. On the Add a method page, choose Authenticator app from the list, and then select Add.

The first time you set up the Microsoft Authenticator app, you might receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera:

    • On iOS, select Allow so the authenticator app can scan the QR code.
    • On Android, allow the app to take pictures and record video.
