Edge translate icon isn't displaying

I have the translate setting turned on, but the translate button hasn't shown in the address bar for a while. I've toggled the setting off and on a few times and restarted Edge, but nothing is working.

    Please note that Edge will detect the language on the web page, and the translation function will only provide translation services if the detected language is not listed under "Preferred Languages". The translation icon will only appear on the web page at this time, so please confirm whether the language you want to translate is listed under "Preferred Language". You can also tell me what language you want to translate to, and you can navigate to Edge's settings and type "translate" in the search box and submit a screenshot of that to me.
