Intune remote help will download the installer, yet still requires admin creds when an end user opens the installer

-So I have Intune remote help installer.

-I was able to use the tool to turn it into an Intune file.

  • I was able to successfully download the installer onto all devices in my org.

-However, when the end users click on the installer, it prompts them to enter admin credentials to grant permission to allow the application to make changes to the device.

What are your ideas on how to get the remote help application installed without me being physically present to type in my admin creds? is there a way i can disable that function so it will just install it without needing it?

    For your problem, I have done some research, I found that an app must be installed on the user's device with administrator privileges, and disabling administrator privileges is also an insecure operation, it is not recommended that you do this.

    However, we recommend that you package the remote help and upload it to Intune to deploy it as a win32 app, so that it does not require user interaction and administrator privileges to automatically install it silently and successfully.
