The outlook desktop has a meeting, but the moblile does not have a meeting

Same account but different meetings on the calendar. My desktop client has an extra meeting, but it doesn't show up on my phone. The meeting was created from the desktop client and was not synced to the phone.

    Is there only one meeting that isn't showing up on your mobile device?

    Do other users in the organization have the same problem?

    What is your account type (POP/IMAP/Exchange)?

    It is recommended that you configure your account to Exchange and then check if the meeting is synchronized.

    There are many reasons why the synchronization may not be possible, please try to troubleshoot by following the steps in this document: Can't sync calendar and contacts with my phone or tablet - Microsoft Support.
