Please could you assist to upgrade to Pay As You Go for Microsoft Azure (no available solution has worked so far)

Hello,

I would like to continue using MS Azure since I am willing to do MS Azure AI Fundamentals credentials, hence do some practical exercises with MS Azure.

However, I do have issues with subscriptions, simply cannot upgrade based on all descriptions in MS azure portal as well as not able to fil a ticket there.

"Only billing administrator can help"
