I just figured it out! I had to disable enhanced security in Microsoft Edge in order to buy the subscription.
I just posted a question here without knowing I eventually solved the problem myself. Silly me!
Getting the "Unable to complete the verification check" error.

When I try to buy a Microsoft 365 E5 subscription, I get the following error:
"Please try again in a few minutes. We are unable to complete the verification check on your payment method at this time. (CV: lpJkuDFZ4XdTUnD/.59)"
Opening an InPrivate window did not work.
What should I do now?
