Unable to install SQL Server. Exit code (Decimal): -2147467259

Question

I am trying to download SQL serve 2022developer edition. I keep getting the error with the above exit. I am downloading on my mac running windows 11 on Parallels Desktop. I've attacked the summary.

Running SQL Server on MAC is not an easy task, at least not if you have an ARM chip, since SQL Server does not run on ARM.

In fact, we must utilize Docker because MacOS does not provide native support for Microsoft technology. However, this article provides some ideas in how to install the SQL Server in parallels, you can follow this article to check if you can successfully install.
