Hi, I have created a free Azure account with 200$ credit, but after signing up it said I am not eligible for the credit. While signup I had to enter my credit card details twice as it said the name was mismatched. Meanwhile, my card was charged with the verification amount but the account was not created then, as I entered the details correctly the card was charged again and on the next page it displayed "You are not eligible for the free credit account". What do I do now to get that 200$ credit? Thanks

It appears you'll need to apply again. Isn't it the Azure's fault to charge the account with the wrong details?

I'm afraid that trying to determine who to blame won't bring you any closer to the resolution. As far as I can tell, the quickest way to resolve this would be to use a new credit card and account. To contact Azure billing you'd need an active Azure subscription.

You might want to consider reaching out to your credit card company to request a second one. Not ideal, but that's $200+ worth after all...

Hey Update,

I just got to know that, you use a debit card, So did it with mine, but the result is same. Shouldn't use the same mobile or what?
