After applying CU23 to our Exchange 2016 on prem, https://localhost/ecp or owa do not load. The error is "it looks like the webpage at <long url> might be having issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. err_ssl_key_usage_incompatible"
I tried the powershell scripts to rebuild owa and ecp with no luck. How do we get the site back up?
