Hello. Is there a way to group two different tenant, for example tenant1 is head office, tenant2 is branch office in another country and using one domain for maybe email or teams? I've looked up you can use multi-tenant org here

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/multi-tenant-organizations/overview

But I didn't see are they using same custom domain or not.

Are there any solution?

No. Any given domain can only be added to a single tenant. You can however add subdomains, that's allowed.

Microsoft did announce a preview functionality to "share" a mail domain between tenants a while back, but we haven't heard anything since, and this is not yet generally available.
