backup azure APIM through power shell gives error forbidden.

Hi Team,

we are trying to use service backup and restore in Azure API Management using PowerShell, just following doc gives error: Backup-AzApiManagement : Operation returned an invalid status code 'Forbidden'.

I tried to use storage key based and user assigned identity based backing up but there seems to be no difference in the error.

kindly check and confirm what could be the issue.

Please verify the permissions and let me know if it helps.
