Faced problem when attempted to give Azure az-104 exam

Hi Team,

As this was my first time giving any Microsoft exam, there was an issue with my id identification. The exam proctor said that my id identification was not acceptable even though it was a government approved id proof. The support person raised case id and said to ask customer team to reschedule. When i contacted customer service they said due to ID policy violation they couldn't able to reschedule an exam.

Can anyone please give me an exception and please help me to reschedule an exam.
