How can I grant sharepoint site share file / folder permission to azure portal applications

In my sharepoint site, I set my site sharing settings to: only site owner can share file/folder and sites. But I want to enable share file/folder permission when user use azure portal application to perform the action.

In other word, I don't want let users who has the edit permission to share the files/folders, only the azure portal application and site owner should able to do it.

Is there a way to do that? Thanks!

    In your SharePoint site, go to the "Site Permissions" settings. Under the "Share" section, select the option to "Only site owners can share files, folders, and the site". This will ensure that only the site owners and the Azure AD application (with the necessary permissions) can share files and folders.

    Per my knowledge, once you set "Only site owners can share files, folders, and the site." in the sharing settings, azure portal applications cannot share due to this setting.
