Trying to customize text format in Intune App Description?

This. For an app I want users to get in company portal, in the application description I'm trying to use bold text (as a warning) So I want it to look like this:

IMPORTANT: Before running this installation, please close out of Outlook, Word, or Acrobat if open. The installation will fail if they remain open during setup

I followed the examples on the page when editing description to create rich text, but it's not working when I try it like this:

Can anyone see the issue? This is the 'guide' shown where I can change this:

From your description, I know you want to customize text format in Intune App Description but get some errors.

Based on my testing, there are some errors in your text format, we shouldn't have blank lines between ** **, otherwise it won't conform to the markdown rules.

And here is the right text format in app description.

IMPORTANT:

Before running this installation, please close out of Outlook, Word, or Acrobat if open. The installation will fail if they remain open during setup.

Please note that the customize text format is only available for Win32 app deployment.
