    Can I know if your OS is Windows 11 or MacOS?

    If it's Windows OS, I will suggest you running below comand by CMD window:

    1.ipconfig /all to check the IP assignment

    2.ipconfig /release to release the IP address

    3.ipconfig /renew to renew the IP address

    Otherwise you can also navigate to the WIFI adaptor and reset it for another try.
