Microsoft Authentication App Bugs
Had accidentally delete my "work" accounts from my Microsoft Authentication Apps and now unable to sign in, any advise on how I can reset the setting???
Apparently, I am force to authenticate using the app even when I chose "unable to access the Authentication App".
There are no other verification/authentication option in the app/website.
No other admin to reset for me since I am the only admin of the accounts
I had even try adding back the account to the app but still fail as the "app required me to authenticate via the app" when the app is not working. (Worst design ever)
I believe the developer of the apps/website do not understand what the statement "unable to access the Authentication App" mean......
So any solution and advise is much appreciated.
