Hello guys,
I am having an issue while viewing the report subscription parameters and retrieving the baseline configuration, it gives error for the first time (attached), once i close and reopen same subscription parameters it opened and retrieved baseline report without any issues. Due to this subscribed report not triggered through email.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the Report Subscription Properties in Configuration Manager version 2303. Based on the information you’ve provided, it seems like the issue is intermittent as the parameters open and retrieve the baseline report without issues on the second attempt.
Have you reviewed the log files?

Does the report work from the SSRS website? if not there is no point and looking at ConfigMgr.

Yes reports are working fine, the issue is only with the subscribed report, as i mentioned the error occurs in first attempt, once i close and reopen report subscription properties it retrieves baseline configuration without any issues.

Did you turn Remote Errors? If this only happens the first time, there isn't a lot you can do to fix it. It is likely a slowness issue and you server is likely undersized or you have network issues or ...
