I'm trying to log into Windows 11 Pro with my small business email/username that I have set up through Microsoft 365.

When I go to Settings > Account > Set Up Work/School > I no longer have the opportunity to select "Join this device to Entra ID." Did somethin change in March 2024?

I am the administrator (by default- bc I own the business) and I have successfully set this up on my desktop. My laptop is giving me the issues. At the initial login page, I do not have the option to sign in as a different user.

Based on my research, I understand there may have been some changes to Azure AD Connect and I'm wondering if this is the reason I can't seem to get it to work anymore. Also what is the fix (in simple terms).

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

This issue may caused by the AAD connectivity.

You can login to Azure Portal by admin account and go to Azure Active Directory,. In Connectivity Status or health selection, you will be able to check the AAD connection.

Meanwhile, you can also try to open AAD connector, check the configuration and sync on-premises AD and AAD.

To help other customers who may be facing the same issue, please don't forget to vote if the reply is helpful.

Hope this answer can help you well.

    Best regards,
