Microsoft clarity is not working

I am facing issues in watching customers' tracking recordings on Microsoft Clarity. It's been 5 days, and I have not been able to see the customer journey. My dashboard always comes up with the message the recordings are not available. My website is The Old Natural. Can anyone help me on this?
