How to block some users to send message to a distribution list or group mail

Question

Hi Experts,

can you please suggest how some users can be blocked to send mail to a defined distrtibution list?

The reason is because one of the distribution list is really big (1000+ users), and sometimes few people sent really not relevant messages over there, causing a wide audience to get a not relevant message.

However, there are some situation where mail has to be sent on that group mail, hence useful to have it but only for certain people.
