I am a student. I've installed SQL2019-SSEI-Dev and would like to use the Enterprise Key I have in my possession. I have also installed SSMS. The installs are fresh - no data needs to be migrated - I am at a fresh blank slate. Thank you ahead of time for any clarification.

    Hi @Adam Pastor

Backup your databases firstly and then upgrade as next:
Maintenance-->Edition Upgrade --->Input your product key.

Under the assumption you have a genuine Key for the Enterprise edition of SQL Server 2019 , you can read through 1

and run the System configuration checker from Planning section before proceeding with actual installation, to get a detailed report of the overall system compatibility.
