Stop Word from displaying "MAKE THAT LAST MINUTE ADJUSTMENT Continue your work anywhere with the Office Mobile App Get Started" message every time it starts.

Every time Word starts, it displays the message "MAKE THAT LAST MINUTE ADJUSTMENT Continue your work anywhere with the Office Mobile App Get Started." How do I stop it from doing that?

The supposed answer to this question is to disable the Start screen. I disabled that function long ago, and as you can see below, it remains disabled, yet the message continues to appear.
