Bad Request - Request Too Long, when inserting image in header

When I try to insert an image in header o footer, in Excel, the folloing image pops Up:

"Bad Request - Request Too Long

HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long."

    If you do not insert online image, please click File > Account > Manage Settings > Turn off optional online functions.
