PC Restarts After Waking From Sleep

Every time I try to wake my computer from sleep it restarts. If I turn off restart when there is an error, all the peripherals are dead, including the screen. This issue does not occur on my linux drive. I have already tried reinstalling windows and going into safe mode, but the issue is still occurring.

    Reinstall Windows and enter safe mode, but the fault still persists. We believe it is a hard drive issue, and we suggest that you replace it with a new hard drive and try again.
