unable to schedule

Hi All

i have created a package and the purpose of the package is to copy a folder to a collection. This folder has subfolders and files. I am calling the bat file to copy this folder(xcopy "%~dp0*.*" "c:\Temp" /D /E /C /I /Q /H /R /Y /S). When i try to deploy this package to a collection to a specific time, the package is not getting installed, in the software center it shows installed but if i dont specifiy the schedule it is working fine but i want to deploy the package to specific time. First Screenshot is working and second screenshot is not working.

To deploy the package to specific time, we may need to specify the time in Assignment schedule.
