My paid subscription account Pay-As-You-Go has been disabled

My paid subscription account Pay-As-You-Go has been disabled and i am trying to reactivate it but i am getting such message "You don't have any outstanding charges for VISA **** XXXX. If you recently made a payment, it may take up to 24 hours to be properly reflected." in settle balance page. But the thing i didn't paid any amount. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank You.

    the best option might be to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Create an Azure support request

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
