MP logs missing in SMS_CCM folder

Question

Hi All,

We are implementing IBCM server in our environment and we have installed all required roles. MP has installed successfully as per MPMSI.log and there is no error in MPcontrol.log with state 200. But when we checked SMS_CCM folder MP related logs are not present except MPFramework and MP retry.log. We tried reinstalling MP and Client and still o logs. Is there anyway to fix it.

If the device has Configmgr client installed already prior to MP role, then the mp logs located under %windir%\ccm\logs, else you can find the MP logs files at %ProgramFiles%\SMS_CCM\Logs\ or MP installed directory. You can get the MP installed directory using registry Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SMS\MP

1.We mentioned that there was no error in our MPMSI.log,have we check this log after we reinstall it?

2.The location of the MP (and client) files depends on the order of installation of the SMS Client and MP software. As agreed with Eswar,If we install the MP first we may get SMS_CCM (and all the client stuff subsequently goes there); if we install the client first we may get C:\WINDOWS\system32\CCM and all the MP stuff subsequently goes there.
