hey, my phone fingerprint stopped working and now i lost acess to authenticator what shall i do now?

Have you configured a backup for this earlier? if so, you can restore it without any issues. If not, you will have to reach out to your IT admin/support team to reset your MFA and then with the new security code try to re-add the account.
