Hi there,

I recently bought a new windows 11PRO pc.

Thought it would be a good Idea to use my Microsoft Business account to start up directly.
But now I have also added a second user, also from the same domain having a business account.

If I want to switch between the two users I don't get to see the second user in the 'User list'
Only the active user and a bullet 'Other User'.

On my old Win10 PC I saw both users and could select one there.

Should I have setup the PC in another way, Private account and add the work/School account separately?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Yes, in Windows 11, if you want to be able to see and easily switch to different work/school accounts in the user list, it is best to first log in to Windows with a private account and then add a work/school account in the settings. This approach allows for clearer differentiation between personal and work/school accounts, and facilitates switching between different users.

Hope this answer can help you well.

    Best regards,
