Is it possible to hide the workflows of a standard logic app ,so that even a person with contributor access at resource group or subscription level, should not be able to see

No, it is not possible to hide the workflows of a Standard Logic App from a person with contributor access at the resource group or subscription level. The Contributor role has full access to manage all resources, including Logic App workflows.

However, you can use Azure Resource Lock to prevent others from changing or deleting your Logic App workflow. This capability prevents others from changing or deleting production resources.
