I am facing an issue where MS Word enters "not responding" status when I try to "accept all changes" under the "review" tab. I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps such as clearing cache files, renaming the office registry, reinstalling MS office completely, and disabling add-ins, but the issue still persists. Can anyone advise on how to resolve this issue?

    Plz try running Microsoft Office repair tool which can sometimes resolve software related issues. And make sure that your MS Word application is fully updated to the latest version available as updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements.
