Lost access to admin account

I created an O365 business account a while back, with only one user (mine). i had microsoft authenticator enabled. since then, I have changed phones multiple times. while I can log into authenticator, to do ANYTHING else has a circular effect of telling me I have to enter the codes in authenticator... which nothing is there. tried every option for signing in other ways, it all push me back to authenticator. any advice?
