"Deploying web app" never stops in Azure OpenAI Add your data web deployment

Hi, I am trying to test the webapp deployment feature through Azure OpenAI. However I am stuck at Step 4 of the page (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-studio/tutorials/deploy-chat-web-app). Any help is appreciated. Does that previous "Failed to fetch locations" notifications may have to do anything with it?

I had attached only one scientific publication pdf document and it worked fine in playground.

I would suggest you check on the Azure Portal WebApp section incase if your web app is already deployed and functional irrespective of the deployment status.

I have the same issue - though looks bit different on UI.
Ran the deployment yesterday so clearly it must have got stuck somewhere.

For the record - I had an app there but the chat wasn't working so wanted to delete and deploy from scratch again.

There is a info on top of Chat saying it is deploying.

However deployments list is empty.

Nor I can see anything in my App Services.

Which model you are trying to use for the deployment and in which region?

Please note that the deployment process may take some time to complete, depending on the size of your app and the resources you have allocated.

Please be patient and wait for the deployment to complete

Could you check if there are any errors or warnings in the deployment logs.

See Monitoring Azure OpenAI Service for more details on how to collect logs.
