Where did you see the information above?

Did you install Risk of Rain 2.exe application on your machine? You can check it under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Risk of Rain 2\Risk of Rain 2.exe on your machine, if so, can you use it normally?

If you cannot run the application successfully or normally, you can try to uninstall it and reinstall it.

If you still can not run the application after you reinstall it, you can also try to ask the engineer or vender of this application for help.

If you do not need the application on your machine, you can uninstall it via Control Panel.
