Try the following
- Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard while clicking on the Restart button in the Start menu.
- Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click on Restart.
- When your computer restarts, select the option to Disable driver signature enforcement by pressing the F7 key. After disabling driver signature enforcement, you should be able to install the driver without encountering the expired certificate issue.
Keep in mind that disabling driver signature enforcement can potentially expose your system to security risks, so it's important to re-enable it after installing the necessary driver.
