Hey, everybody! Please help me understand.

I attach data about the computer + dump according to the guide

Today 04.11.2024 came 2 BSOD. Between them there was a difference of 41 minutes.

The load at the moment when the bsod occurred on the laptop was weak. Chrome browser 90 tabs + a couple game windows.

System characteristics:

Windows 11 23H2 (OS build 22631.3296)

Lenovo legion 5 15ach6h ryzen 5800h, 64gb ozu, RTX 3070 laptop.

RAM has been on for a year now, running stable.

Nothing changed recently, only added two additional 2.5k samsung odyssey 27va + full hd acer xv272s monitors.

Of the problems most likely a broken wire.

I use the laptop for gaming, occasionally for work. The load is heavy, but there were no problems.

    Hello,

This error relates to issues with ntoskrnl.exe (NT Kernel & System), which is a crucial Windows file. If you have this error, it usually means there’s a hardware issue or some incompatible device drivers.

Here’s how you can try to check:

Update Device Drivers: You can use Device Manager to update your device drivers, or you can download them manually from the manufacturer’s website.

Run a Disk Check: Open the command prompt as an administrator, then type “chkdsk /f /r” and hit Enter. It will check your hard drive for errors and repair them.

Check the Memory: You can use Windows Memory Diagnostic to check for memory problems. In the Windows search bar, type “Windows Memory Diagnostic” and click on “Restart now and check for problems”.

Update Windows: Make sure your Windows is fully updated with the latest patches and updates.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
