Please i need your help on this issue.

i would like to know how to look at all the open access requests for all Team sites.

If you are referring to SharePoint (which is the backend of Teams) then please refer to the following documentation:

"The access request feature allows people to request access to content that they do not currently have permission to see. As a site owner, you can configure the feature to send you mail when someone requests access to a site. You can then choose whether to approve or decline their request. If you approve the request, you can also specify the specific level of permission you’d like to assign to a user."

Thank you for your reply.

This is closer. However, we want to see access requests for all sites, not just one SharePoint site.

We also want to see a log of all “approve/deny” requests.

WE checked Teams Admin Center it only provides a list of requested “applications” to be added to Teams, not “access” requests.

The instructions for using the SharePoint admin center appear to be missing something as there is no “Access Requests” menu item to “Open”. Below are the only options with an “Open” button.
