How can I improve Document Intelligence Studio performance when working with handwritten OCR?

We are experiencing high latency when using Document Intelligence Studio to retrieve data from a PDF with handwritten text. We also tried using API calling in Python, but it did not yield any results either. I have included a PDF file for reference. After waiting for two minutes, we didn't get any results. What steps can we take to overcome this issue?

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. I have reproduced the process using the layout model now and encountered no issues on my end.

Could you please try again and let us know if the issue persists? How long have you been experiencing this problem, and could you inform us of the Azure resource region you are utilizing?
