Text verification code going to old number

Question

My new number hasn't saved so my text verification code is going to my old number and i cannot get access to Teams or 365. I cannot log on to change it as its just texting this old number.

Can you receive the verification code in old numbers?

If don’t want to receive the code in old numbers, you can delete it from Microsoft Account Security.

If you lost the old number, you can also try to change email a code instead of text a code. For more details about how to set
