Azure OpenAI embeddings endpoint returning `Internal server error`

We are using the text-embedding-3-small Azure OpenAI endpoint in the Canada East region. Since the last 5-6 hours, we are continuously seeing 'The service is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again later.' Is there any known issue with the service? I checked the health portal and did not see any issues.

    Metaphor Greetings!Are you still seeing this issue? I haven't found any known issues regarding this in Canada East region.

    This could be a transient failure. Retrying the request after some time could resolve the issue.
