When I change to new teams i can not see all my organizations, and external users has started to appear as unknowen

As i said in the title, as MS forced and I migrated to new Teams. Bu it is not working as expected. I have multiple organizations. In the old Teams i could select from my organizations. In new Teams i can not.

And external users appear as unknowen.

Could you please tell me:

1.

Are you unable to switch organizations under the avatar in the upper right corner of New Teams

Please try clearing the Teams cache and restarting:

If you still can't switch organizations after clearing your cache, please try using the Teams web client.

2.

External users appear as location users. This issue is currently a known issue in New Teams: Users may see a stale profile or unknown user for federated users in external chats and calls in Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft expects the fix to be deployed by mid-April 2024 and will correct the impact for all users.
