Confirm if Management Group Diagnostic Settings Rest API is supported in Azure China

we can successfully run this rest API https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/monitor/management-group-diagnostic-settings/create-or-update?view=rest-monitor-2020-01-01-preview&tabs=HTTP in Azure Global, but failed to run this API in Azure China, it returns 400 Bad Request with error message “Configuration 'managementgroupactivitylogdiagnosticsettingconfig' doesn't exist”, so I wanted to confirm if this rest API is available in Azure China, if it is, how can I execute it with a success? thank you very much in advance.

Unfortunately, at this moment Mangement Group Diagnostic Settings Rest API is not supported in China. I have confirmed the same with our internal engineering team as well.
