Can you retrieve auto-detected language from the Document Translator REST API?

I have not been able to find this anywhere in the documentation for the Document Translator (only for text translator) - is it possible to somehow return the language that was detected by the service when the "Auto-detect language" option is used? I am using the Document Translator API.

Do you mean the source language that is automatically detected by the Document Translator service?

Yes, when the input language is not specified, there is some language detection being applied "under the hood", and I was wondering if there was some way to return that. It is possible to get this from the text translation API, but I can't find this for the Document Translator API.
