We are building a chat companion, assisting people in their self reflectino process. This chat should accept voice input as well. For this we want to use the Open AI Whisper model in the region North Central US. For our use case we would need an estimated 100 requests per minute. Is it possible to increase the rate limit?
Whisper model is available via the Azure AI Speech Service as well, see which might work for you.
It is possible to increase the quota. You can create a support ticket to request a quota increase.
