Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.
1.After you click in file there is an error. Can you provide a screenshot of the error?
2.You tried to contact your IT workplace, and they helped me create my old account. Is it a restore from the list of deleted users, or is it a new account recreated with the same name in different tenant?
Ask your it if there is a problem with the account created for you and why it exists in a different tenant.
