Office 365 Extra File Storage

Question

We have purchased Office 365 Extra File Storage through our partner, but there is nowhere to assign it to our subscription in the product details page. We only have one subscription, so I would think it would do it automatically but the extra space is not available to our SharePoint. I am sure I am missing a step, but none of the information in the Microsoft articles I have read apply.

First, please make sure that your original subscription allows you to add additional file storage.

If you have already bought extra file storage via the Office 365 Extra File Storage add-on, please refer this article to increase or decrease the extra storage space for your subscription.

In addition, you can view the total storage in the SharePoint Admin Center.
