Guest users can programmatically send messages to a Teams channel using the Microsoft Graph API.

@Anonymous , I tried sending message in a channel using guest user's access token but got "InsufficientPrivileges" message with status code as 403 Forbidden in the response.

Also, access token contains required scopes.
