I develop Open Source software and in repository I have vc_redist*.exe file downloaded from

What a license should I apply to it when writing information for REUSE SOFTWARE?

Please view: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 2015-2022 Software and check the limitation in the section of the “SCOPE OF LICENSE”.
