I develop Open Source software and in repository I have vc_redist*.exe file downloaded from

What a license should I apply to it when writing information for REUSE SOFTWARE?

I know that Microsoft grants rights to me to distribute vc_redist*.exe. Ok, and if I understood all right there is no ready SPDX license for this. So, just forget my question. Thank you.
